Free software, weird free software

If it's something you watch or hear or read, this is the general grab-bag for it.

Free software, weird free software

Free download ADOBE CS2, really!

This runs in the german forums around for more than a week, and I've got some tips, taken from there.
A lot of thoughts if this not legal because only earlier owners of the CS2 would have the right to use it.
Fact is, it is easy to reach the website.
If you have open the window and the door, and everyone can get in... would your insurance will tell to you?
It's like the famous diet, you can eat all you want, but don't swallow it.

with serial numbers!

For MacOSX with an old PowerPC, no Intel CPU.
For Windows, the old XP, or Win2000
(Hm for owner of newer Apple compu's, just put a Windows on it. = Parallels Desktop)

For Win7 64 Bit, you need simple corrections in the Installation path, without it, it strikes.
Adobe Acrobat Pro 7 + 8. You will get trouble.
Acrobat 7 will not become a printer, Acrobat 8 will not extract and interrupt it.
One did solve it with an complicated trick. He installed A8 on an old XP Computer (there it works perfect) and when he had to start the real installation, he copied the Acrobat 8 installation files in an other file/(Ordner) or how you are calling it.
Copy on the harddisc of the Win7 and install.

Dear Administrators, if you think this shouldn't be published here, please remove it.
Thank You.

I have a legit copy of CS2 hanging around somewhere but the Mac version doesn't work on modern versions of OSX at all because CS2 is so old that it's a PowerPC app -- it's not even the same type of CPU, and OSX has dropped support for the PPC emulator.

I downloaded a lot of this stuff a few days ago. It's the real deal.
