There is a new interview up, the last.

Trying to read that interview totally cooked my UT chip! Anybody got a Strine-to-English dictionary?

Hee hee! Nope, that's all real man chin!

Although, he looks sad in the last panel, perhaps? Going just off of appearance makes it hard to be absolutely sure. When the Interviewer says Rory, in Swinburn's interview, does he mean Mory?

Relax, folks. Half of that gibberish is obsolete; not everyone here talks like Alf Stewart.

When I started reading this, I thought, "Jennifer, WHY?!?"
And then I read on, and realised she was just lampshading it. Of course Australians don't talk like that.
Well... then again, I've never been to (West) Perth - it could be a local dialect. :?
If this last post seems ridiculous, please disregard it. Thank you. ;)

And? What's so funny?
The language? It's english and I don't understand any nuances.
And a "kaputt" going Santa's trousers.
Not funny at all, that happened to me in the early 70's at my first taekwondo lesson as I didn't had the typical suit.
(Don't ask how I did get home, )

Hehe, quite entertaining. He seems like a modest enough fellow, but a bit of a joker as well. A good mix for real actors, to my understanding; helps everyone get along a little easier without really being too attention-grabbing.

But who's Nathan, and what is he talking about, remembering Brisbane? Am I missing an in-joke?

Also, the front page doesn't really seem to mention this page being done; I didn't know until I checked the forums.

Sorry that happened to you! I hope you didn't have to walk home - or take public transport!

I just remembered something similar that happened to me a couple of years ago, ten minutes into a shift at my job.
The other person had just left for the day, and I was there on my own. A customer came in and looked at something on the counter, and accidentally knocked a display onto the floor where I was standing.
I bent down to clean it up and - BANG!!! - the entire back seam of my slacks just exploded. Not a rip, it was a blowout.
So, for the rest of my seven-hour shift, I had to discreetly untuck my work shirt and stay behind the counter as much as possible.
(Oh, and in case the same ever happens to you - staples do more harm than good in this situation... :frown: )

Happened to me at a funeral while I was kneeling down to pick up some flowers... worse, I was a pallbearer.

Ohhhhhhh!

Somehow it had slipped my mind how full circle this whole idea was back to the UJ outtakes! Awesome!
