One Year On Hiatus, Let's Celebrate!

Postby Anna » Sat Feb 19, 2011 4:21 pm

One year and a few days are gone since the adventures of Ika Takozushi did stop.
I want to celebrate this anniversary (not annaversary  )

So I want to show you something, especially for reminding Ika Takozushi's excellent handling of his swords.

A japanese fight with the katana, more a kind of dance with special effects.
Enjoy...

Ooohh, don't be sad, nobody died, don't take it to serious, hey - it's just only a comic.

Here something to lighten up your mind, all of you.

KAMISHIBAI

That is/was Ika Takozushi...
That is what we all know.

But how is it if someone would tell you a kamishibai live on the street?
And so here is a youtube video of one of the last storytellers in Japan
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eh--n0pI ... r_embedded

I found it on a website by a german blogger in Japan
http://www.tabibito.de/japan_blog/blogs/index.php
You must scroll down!
The german text, please, use the google translator, it's worth to do it.
By the way the channel of alia0101 shows more about the japanese everyday life.

It was a Kamishibai man just like that, that I saw on a report about on TV, that inspired my desire to make the original Kamishibai program back in the Otakuworld days. That was neat to see, Anna.

Ika Takozushi is gone

The site is no more.

Any possible ways to have some look on the art?

One Thing.
Could you remove the link from the little pic, (not pig), from the frontpage?
Danke schön.

One more thing...
The link to Ika Takozushi on your jenniverse Website is also wrong.
If there is no more real material to this old webcomic-ty-out, remove it or put the old pages back in your webspace.
Now, Takozushi is a complete different commercial website and has nothing to do with your story.
Or do you've got a reason for this?
Yesterday, at the 16th april you updated the jennyverse site, but the takozushi link is still there.
So, what we have to think about this?
An add should be different, alike "Hi dear readers, have a look to our Takozushi partners!"
...
But it's still the picture of Ika Takozushi, come on, remove it!

I think it must just be the domain name expiring.
