Rating system...?

Postby SilverFeathers » Mon Jan 21, 2008 4:10 pm

This probably makes no sense and I'm probably insane, but...

Is the post rating system on a Fibonacci sequence?

I'm probably just hallucinating.

I'm not saying you're hallucinating but, what rating system? ??? Is there a thing to click? I don't see it anywhere. It's probably just me. I never notice things. >.<

I think Silver means the things below our names, like on the DC forums Nick, they change after a certain number of posts, or a Fibonacci sequence.

Seriously? It's just like a little number game. "one plus one is two, two plus one is three, three plus two is five, five plus three is eight." Easy peasy. Light and breezy! I used to play counting games like that all the time as a kid, just to see how high I could get without loosing track. I doubt I ever got to 10,946.

I'm sorry. I should have been more clever about the ranks. We were just racing to get everything done, and such a notion just slipped my mind. In retrospect, it would have been kind of awesome to make the ranking system follow some interesting numerical progression.

Sorry. >.<

Have no fear, O Creatrix. The nice thing about these boards is you can re-tool them at your whim ^_^

Cute, but Alfy was almost certainly referring to Paranoia the roleplaying game.

I hated that anime. Well, not so much hate as I wasn't interested in it at all. I think the Creatrix liked it though.

I thought you meant the Universal Required Belief System.
On that note, these really should be in the list of available Smiley-class images.
