edit: Despite being green, the Godan-alike is being attacked by Green Lanterns and has a yellow aura. So I'm pretty sure it's a member of the Sinestro corps.

Aha, so Godan made his way into a mundis universe and still fights against human beings.

Some friendly american readers (must be more than one) should write a letter/mail to DC/Green Lantern section and tell them the link to Pastel Defender Heliotrope, especially with the pages where Godan is in action.

That thing's real name is apparently Slushh, from Sector 3376 of however the Lanterns reckon space.
